In reply to Your Lordship's Des-

-patches Nos. 185 and 47 of the 3rd. of last September and

the 11th. ultimo respectively, I have the honour to forward

the enclosed correspondence which has taken place between

Commodore H. Lyon and myself, and to inform Your Lordship

that in view of the conclusions arrived at by the Colonial

Harbour Master and the King's Harbour Master, I decided

not to alter the existing arrangements with regard to Flag

Signals.
